Hi, I just finished my 10 day trial for the Bikram Yoga here in Guadalajara, Jalisco in Mexico. I absolutely loved the results my body was having but..... there are two reasons I will not be able to continue. First of all, I don't know if it is this expensive over there in the states but over here they charge us around $2000 pesos per month. You can go everyday though but that is like $150 dlls per month. Second, the thing I couldn't stand was the smell in the room. I don't know if it is the smell coming out of the vents or if it is the carpet or the sweat from everybody in there. Does it smell like that over there. The last two classes I almost threw up. The smell is very peculiar but terribly bothering.
Look forward to your comment on this. Please also to my email in case I can't see if you answered this note.

Hello Grace. You are describing something very important nowadays, I mean that I’m getting interested about healthy eating, and it’s nice to find an article describing what it really means. What you say about beef, I heard the same thing about chicken, but I suppose it’s the same for all animal based food. Nice article, thanks.

Hi! What a great website you have here! I love the info and the tips. One thing I wanted to point out is that the RN # is for exclusive Antro and Urban Outfitters clothing, however, if its sold at Antropologie and other places as well, the RN number may be different. One example I know of is Sweet Pea.
I have also found this a little confusing when thrifting for a good Anthro bargain since the RN numbers may be different for those non-excdusive brands. If anyone has anymore iformation, please share. I'm still learning about all this myself as I'm a new lover of their flowy, feminine style. Thanks again!

Tesha, be careful about mixng fruits and vegetables when you juice. The only fruit you should add to a veggie juice is either apples, lemons or pears. You should not mix veg with a regular fruit smoothie that contains anything but the fruits I mentioned. The body uses different enzymes to digest fruits than it does vegetables so it can be very hard on your digestion if you mix them and you might not get the full nutritional benefit. I usually do a full fruit smoothie in the morning, then do my veggie juice in the afternoon.
